Abstracts/papers must be submitted here.

Please submit your papers through the EasyChair system, by using the “Submit a new version” function in “My Submissions”. Abstracts/papers must be submitted via online submission system in DOC or DOCX file format.

This year, we have established the “Best Practice Award” for author(s) to share the good practices in the Conference. For your submitted papers, you could choose to compete for the “Best Practice Award” or “Best Paper Award” in the EasyChair system.

Abstracts and papers should be written in English. All submissions will be reviewed for relevance, originality, clarity, soundness, and significance by at least two members of the Academic Programme Sub-committee. No corrections or changes will be made to submitted papers, and thus the author(s) is (are) responsible for submitting a paper in the proper format and with correct language.

Only the full papers submitted by the given deadlines and accepted by reviewers will be included in the electronic proceedings. Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference book. Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors by email. For each paper, at least one of the authors must register for the Conference and each paper requires at least one full registration. We reserve the right not to publish any paper should it be deemed to go against the spirit of the AAOU.
