Research on Learning Centre's information standards

Learning Centres are the basic unit of distance education systems. They organize the teaching and management of distance learning, and provide information to support all their operations. This paper analyses the functions and position of Learning Centres, reorganizes the status of the information they provide, and finds out their problems. It also establishes a hierarchical information standards system based on the local economy and the position of the Centre. This system requires regular inspection.
